Pension Benefits
All staff have access to one of two excellent defined benefit pensions schemes.
Our teaching staff are eligible to be members of the Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS).
Teachers Pension SchemeOur non-teaching staff are eligible to be members of the Local Government Pensions Scheme (LGPS). Soke Education Trust Schools are member of the Cambridgeshire LGPS pension fund.
Employee Assistance Programme
All staff have access to the Trust's Employee Assistance Programme delivered through Everyday Advice Line.
School staff can access a range of emotional and practical support including:
